APPLAUS
Synopsis
Den anmelderroste og midaldrende skuespillerinde Thea (Paprika Steen) er netop vendt tilbage efter et afvænningsophold og konfronteres med virkeligheden. Under hendes lange nedtur blev hun skilt fra ægtemanden Christian (Michael Falch) og afgav forældremyndigheden over sine to børn. Men nu hvor hun er tilbage, insisterer hun på at de igen skal være en del af hendes liv. Hendes blødsødne eksmand giver også hurtigt efter for hendes manipulerende men charmerende facon og indvilger i at give det en chance.Hun ved, at hun skal bevise for sig selv og for ham, at det er forsøget værd. Men et hårdt liv i rampelysets skær har sat sig dybe spor og snart begynder fortidens spøgelser at tage over.
