KON-TIKI
Synopsis
KON-TIKI er baseret på Thor Heyerdahls bog af samme navn og det anslås, at den har solgt over 50 million eksemplarer på verdensplan og oversat til over 70 sprog. I den sande historie om Kon-Tikis farefulde søfærd sejler seks mænd fra Peru til Polynesien på en spinkel balsa-flåde og sætter deres liv på spil for en idé, som kunne ændre verdenshistorien. Anført af Thor, en flot kaptajn, som ikke kunne svømme, sejler de ud uden moderne udstyr og kun med en papegøje til at holde dem ved selskab. De drager af sted med verdenspressens fulde bevågenhed og navigerer ved hjælp af stjernerne i det store Stillehav med bølgerne som deres ror. De seks mænd kæmper mod naturen i form af flodbølger, hajer og det dybe havs dæmoner. Thor har ofret alt for denne ekspedition, så det må og skal lykkes.Ud over Norge er KON-TIKI indspillet på Malta, i Sverige, Thailand, Bulgarien og Maldiverne.
