LA LA LAND
Synopsis
Los Angeles er kendt som byen, hvor drømme bliver til virkelighed. Mia (Emma Stone), en ung skuespillerinde, jagter sit livs store filmrolle, men indtil den dukker op, må hun tage til takke med at servere café latte til byens store filmstjerner. Den dedikerede pianist Sebastian (Ryan Gosling) drømmer om en fremtid som jazzmusiker, men er tvunget til at acceptere ligegyldige jobs som hyggepianist på små nussede barer for at tjene til dagen og vejen. Ved et tilfælde mødes de to og forelsker sig hovedkulds i hinanden, men deres kærlighed og karriereplaner sættes på en hård prøve i byen som også er kendt for at knuse hjerter og bryde drømme.
