AMERICAN ASSASSIN
Synopsis
I AMERICAN ASSASSIN følger vi den unge Mitch Rapp (Dylan O’Brien), der efter at have mistet sin forlovede i et terrorangreb tager på en hævntørstig menneskejagt for at opspore et globalt netværk af terrorister. Rapp er på CIAs radar og bliver en del af deres hemmelige agent-program, Orion, der styres af den hårdhudede CIA Officer, Stan Hurley (Oscar-nominerede Michael Keaton). Men inden Rapp kan færdiggøre sin træning, sendes han og Hurley afsted på en altafgørende mission for at opspore 15 kg sprængfarligt plutonium og stoppe terroristen Ghost, der truer med at starte en ny verdenskrig. AMERICAN ASSASSIN er baseret på en bestseller af forfatteren Vince Flynn og er en del af en omfattende bogserie om Mitch Rapp, agenter og spionage i det 21. århundrede. En tid, hvor alle handler i en gråzone og grænsen mellem rigtigt og forkert er sløret som aldrig før.
