LOVE, SIMON
Synopsis
Alle fortjener en stor kærlighedshistorie. Men for den syttenårige Simon Spier er det lidt mere kompliceret end normalt: For han har endnu ikke fortalt sin familie og venner, at han er homoseksuel, og den klassekammerat han har forelsket sig i på nettet, kender han ikke identiteten på. Løsning på begge problemer viser sig at være lagt mere skræmmende og livsforandrende, end Spier nogensinde havde forventet. Filmen er instrueret af Greg Berlanti (Everwood (2002-2006), The Flash (2014-), Riverdale (2016-), og baseret på Becky Albertallis roman, Simon vs. Verdens forventninger. Manuskriptet er skrevet af Elizabeth Berger og Isaac Aptaker, og er en sjov og hjertevarm historie, om at blive forelsket og finde sig selv.
